These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RentView platform and services provided by RentView Inc., a company organized under the laws of Illinois, USA.

By accessing or using RentView, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Service Description

RentView provides AI-powered rental property analytics, including dynamic pricing recommendations, vacancy prediction, tenant screening intelligence, and market analytics. The platform is designed for landlords, property managers, and real estate investors.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RentView only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing Act requirements. You shall not:

• Use the platform to discriminate against any protected class
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of RentView is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. Property and tenant data you upload remains your property, subject to our license to process it for service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentView Inc. provides analytics and recommendations as decision-support tools. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Pricing recommendations, vacancy predictions, and tenant scores are estimates based on available data and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
